4.3 Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific tour or service booked. The applicable cancellation policy will be provided during the booking process. In general:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled departure date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the scheduled departure date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled departure date: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to any tour or service if necessary. If a significant change is made, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to accept the change, book an alternative tour or service, or receive a full refund.

5. User Responsibilities

5.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss of belongings.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines during your tour, including those related to environmental protection, wildlife conservation, and cultural respect.
